[horde] Error with new weather block

Hi,

just for interest I've tried the new Weather Portal Block. I've
registered with wwo, entered the Api-Key in Horde. Setting up a new
block, entering the necessary Data and trying t view the block I
encounter an error:

/usr/share/php5/PEAR/Horde/Service/Weather/../../../../locale is not a
directory

Did I miss any prerequisites?
