[horde] Integrity constraint violation - ActiveSync

Dear List,

now I disable and enable the Samsung Phone, I also enable Active Sync  
Debug in the file to get a more detailed information about the error.

The phone starts with a new sync request. I also see a lot of entries  
which are sent to the phone. After some time the sync stops with the  
error message:

2012-01-21T17:17:33+01:00 NOTICE: [SAMSUNG1358533041817568] Error  
saving state for synckey {4f1ac83e-08ac-494a-9df1-749f0a86010a}3:  
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry  
'{4f1ac83e-08ac-494a-9df1-749f0a86010a}3' for key 'PRIMARY' - removing  
previous sync state and trying again.

Before I start the test I did a few task to ensure a current and  
stable version:
1) I dit a pear upgrade-all
2) I export the calendar with hore export, after that I delete the calendar.
3) I logged out from horde and login again
4) I did a fresh import of the ics file to the calendar and I after  
that I start the sync process

Any Idea what I can do to find the problem?
