[horde] Problem with Layout Alignment & Error when Adding

In need of help with the following please.

Ver.Info: Horde 3.3.11


1) Trying to align the layout of the portal/content page, appears  
there's a ghost entry, as attempting to move results in message  
"Shrink or move neighbouring block(s) out of the way first", but  
unable to do so.

2) Receiving the following error when trying to add 'Calendar Summary'
Block "summary" of application "" not found.

Any help is appreciated.
