[horde] German translation lost with Firefox 10

I got our really old ubuntu 8.04 hardy webmail system (horde3 3.1.7-1 &
imp4 4.1.4-1) working again with a german interface by adding 2 lines to 
/var/lib/locales/supported.d/local:
de_DE.ISO-8859-1 ISO-8859-1
de_DE.ISO-8859-15 ISO-8859-15
and executing dpkg-reconfigure locales afterwards. The first line is 
sufficient for actual language problem. But with both lines even the 
vacation messages are using the correct german umlauts (IIRC)! :)
