Definitely not that.  

I noticed that I get these almost exactly every 5 minutes, which also happens to be the frequency I run horde-alarms.  I just confirmed that's what's causing the error by shutting down all clients and running horde-alarms manually.

When I run horde-alarms from root user I get a ton of warnings.

I seem to recall when originally setting up, some option that would check alarms every time someone hits the home page.. vs. running a cron job however that might have been something else.
