[horde] How to setup a central read only ldap adressbook with existing ldap server

Hi,

I liked to use our central ldap server also as a central adressbook
within Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 4.0.6.

I found an wiki article http://wiki.horde.org/ExistingLDAPHowTo#toc12
but I dont have the file /horde/turba/scripts/ldap/core.schema.patch .

So I was wondering, if that is the up to date wiki or may be there is a
new tutorial on seting up a addressbook using an existing ldap server.

Thanks for any hint or point to an existing documentation.
