pear upgrade PEAR
pear channel-discover pear.horde.org
mkdir /var/www/webmail pear config-create /var/www/webmail
/var/www/webmail/pear.conf

pear -c /var/www/webmail/pear.conf install pear - at this point I get
this error:
No releases available for package "pear.php.net/pear"
install failed

Anyone can help me please?
