This is impossible if you installed Horde via PEAR, unless you used a
separate PEAR install just for Horde...and if you did, you need to use
*that* pear to provide the list. i.e.:
/path/to/separate/pear -c /path/to/separate/pear/pear.conf list -c
pear.horde.org
