Not necessarily. If it is indeed a bug in some Horde pacakge, and not  
a configuration error, then of course you will need to wait for the  
next release of that package, though it might not be the Ansel  
package. For example, the issue Jan is referring to will be fixed in  
the next Horde_Vfs pacakge release. Whether or not this is the cause  
of your current issue though is still up for debate.
