[horde] prefs stored as BLOB -> not easy to see

Hello,

I was using sometimes phpmyadmin to see values and correct then prefs.php
with the values I found. But now that's very tricky as I can just see a
BLOB object. I can edit as hexa, but that's not very practical..

What coud I do in order to see the values, some code in phpshell?
