[horde] pear.horde.org reg.

Dear List,

As I don't have internet connectivity on my webmail server, till now,  
I used to run from another system having internet connectivity

1. wget -r http://pear.horde.org
2. wget -r http://pear.horde.org/rest
3. wget http://pear.horde.org/channel.xml

and setup my my local pear.horde.org and install/upgrade the packages.

But, right now, step 2 is not going through with error - Forbidden.

I am not sure, whether Forbidden is intentional or by mistake.  If it  
is intentional, what is alternative for me.

I want to run
pear upgrade -a -B horde/webmail
