[horde] Cannot save preferences [they just disappear]

That would make sense as I'm baffled by the problem - I've never seen
this kind of behaviour before.

PHP is 5.3.3 with pdo_pgl 1.0.2 build on libpq 8.4.9 talking to pG 9.0.3
