[horde] Cannot send GPG Encrypted Messages in Horde4

I finally got around to doing a Horde4 setup on my VPS, and most of it  
seems to be working well, but I cannot do GPG encrypted messages.
Signing works fine, but any time I do an encrypted message I get the  
following in the log:

This results in the message being unreadable by me or the recipient:
The data in this part does not appear to be a valid PGP encrypted  
message. Error: Could not decrypt PGP data: gpg: no valid OpenPGP data  
found.

Any ideas/suggestions as to how to fix this?
