[horde] Upgrade from 1.2.9 to 4.0.6

Hi, sorry for my poor english.  I am trying to upgrade my Horde  
Groupware Webmail Edition 1.2.9 to 4.0.6 as described in:

http://www.horde.org/apps/webmail/docs/UPGRADING#upgrading-a-horde-groupware-webmail-edition-1-x

I am having a hard time finding a tar.gz with horde 4.0.6, which is  
the first step:

"Extract the tarball of the new version in parallel to the old  
version. See the INSTALL file details how to unpack a tarball."

All download links I've found keep telling me that I have to use PEAR,  
but I need the .tar.gz package.

Any suggestion will be appreciated!
