[horde] Using of backends.local.php

Hello

we prepare for migration from Horde 3 to Horde 4 and i like to know  
how i should handle backends(.local).php. From what i can see there is  
always a default entry activated in the backends.php file which does  
not match our environment. Should we overwrite with the same name in  
the backends.local.php or is it possible to overwrite with the same  
name and disabled => true ???
