[horde] Separate Pear - Deletion and Newinstall

It did.

But when I run /usr/bin/horde-alarms on the command line I get:

root at webster:/var/www/mauser.info # /usr/bin/horde-alarms
PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function setObs() on a non-object  
in /usr/share/php/Horde/Perms/Sql.php on line 130

Any idea?
