Hm.

Hordeauth = OFF, then users must log on seperately
Hordeauth = ON, then users must not log on seperately, no error  
message is given on other users, but only on my (admin) user.

Which I dont understand, because if Hordeauth is ON then no error  
message should be given on all users?
