I fully agree with you.

In the same time I understand the need at least to pretend to make  
revolutionary changes as Horde is not just a fun project, but a  
business - if there would be no visible changes, it could be very easy  
to get impression that "it's already dead" as from time to time  
happens with Slackware linux, for example.
