[horde] Sending messages with chinese characters

Hello list,

When I try to send a message containing chinese characters (是我 for instance), 
the characters are replaced with "?" in the transmitted message.

Wireshark shows that the message is correctly encoded "on the wire" using URL-
encoding. 

Any idea ?
