[horde] Installing Horde

yes..of course...

1. i set the php.ini include path to: usr/share/php

2. i create a webfolder in /var/vhosts/testdomain/horde

3. pear install horde/horde_role i get this: horde/horde_role is  
already installed and is the same as the released version 1.0.0

4. pear run-scripts horde/horde_role i get this: Including external  
post-installation script  
"/usr/share/php/PEAR/Installer/Role/Horde/Role.php" - any errors are  
in this script
Inclusion succeeded
running post-install script "Horde_Role_postinstall->init()"
init succeeded
Filesystem location for the base Horde application : pear run-scripts  
horde/horde_role
Configuration successfully saved to PEAR config.
Install scripts complete

5. pear install -a horde/webmail: horde/webmail is already installed  
and is the same as the released version 4.0.7

6. webmail-install: PHP Warning:  require_once(PEAR/Config.php):  
failed to open stream: No such file or directory in  
/usr/bin/webmail-install on line 15

So i didnt get the webmail-install folder.

I have only some horde files in the pear directory like this:

/usr/share/php/Horde/Active Sync

/usr/share/php/Horde/Config  and so on...

Did i something wrong?
