[horde] PHP 5.4

Last I checked (a few months ago), it worked fine with the base PHP  
install.  The issue was with some optional PECL modules (and things  
like APC) that weren't working properly with PHP 5.4 yet.  No idea if  
those modules have been updated to work with 5.4 since then.
