[horde] IMP 5 and PASSWD

Greetings,

How can i configure IMP 5 so that when i create new users on the system it
will append the domain automatically to his/her name when  composong
emails. In the earlier versions i used to change the "domain" option in
imp/config/servers.php

For password program i enabled it on horde 4 but when i try to change the
password for an account it will tell me "nothing from the server". I used
poppassd, sql but no lucky. Help please!!
