[horde] Cannot save preferences [SOLVED]

Of course, immediately after posting I got it to work. 

With the new PostgreSQL I performed "ALTER DATABASE horde5 SET
bytea_output= 'escape';" again, then migrated my settings... and in the
new Horde I have all my settings!

Migrate Horde3 settings from an LDAP DSA to a PostgreSQL database for
Horde4.
