I am trying to setup a logfile in /var/log/horde, but it would appear Horde is incapable of writing to the files. I changed the user to root, syslog and www-data, but none of these worked. I tried using the group of www-data, syslog, root and adm. None of these worked. What are the correct permissions for the logfile?
