[horde] Reset Password

Hi, I disabled the option "resetpassword" in authentication tab but  
the users still can see the options to enter secure question and  
alternative email in "account password" in preferences. Is it normal?  
I can lock these preferences but disabling resetpassword could lock  
them automatically..
