How do I do this?  I left it as E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE - the link you
provide on the config screen doesn't actually contain that format,
doesn't have the tilda symbol listed and doesn't mention DEBUG at all.
 Does tilda do the same thing as the circumflex?

I actually do have custom logging enabled, but I've moved it to a
separate non-production file.  I'll send you the log file when it has
something in it (i.e. after I get the logging level right).
