[horde] Permission rename wiki page

Hi,

rename a wikipage "example/page1" is not possible:

A fatal error has occurred
You do not have permission to edit "example/page1"
Details have been logged for the administrator.

I have full access for "wicked" and "wicked -> pages".

Create a new page, for example, is possible without the additional
permission "wicked -> pages -> AddPages".

Bug?
