[horde] Session issue after Passwd change

I have a functioning Passwd setup in my Horde 4.0.14 system (Passwd  
4.0.1) that hooks into LDAP for password changes. It works fine, but  
when you change the password the session basically hangs (auth'ed  
using the old password and now it's changed?) Is there any way to make  
it handle the change more gracefully - perhaps prompt a logout / login?
