[horde] show external whups -> Share name **EXTERNAL** not found

Hi,

if I set "show_external" in ../nag/config/prefs.local.php
$_prefs['show_external']['value'] = 'a:1:{i:0;s:5:"whups";}';
one user can not access tasks/nag anymore:
