[horde] Question about local configuration files

Dear folk,

I have a short question about the local configuration file. I think, I  
did something wrong, but I didn't find my mistake.

Version:
  Horde 4.0.14
  IMP 5.0.21

I try to store my backend configuration in the directory:  
.../imp/config/backends/

I tryed the following file names: backends.php backends.local.php,  
both parts doesn't work. If I store the file under the name:  
backends.php in ../imp/config it works directly. What did I wrong?
