[horde] backup configuration file script

This link is only provided for *changed* configurations, and only if you
cannot save the configuration directly.

Okay, my horde database is included in a master slave replication and
backuped hourly by mysqldump. So I will make also initiated by a cronjob a
backup from the compleate ~/horde directory recursivly.
