[horde] Horde 4.0.15 and vacation module

Hi,

in Horde4 Vacation module has been replaced by Ingo. With Ingo your 
users will be able to se vacation's messages, forward and rules.

If you use Postfix and Dovecot you can setup LDA and use sieve (with 
managesieve) as backend, also maildrop should works fine.
