This completely depends on the client. Most (if not all except for  
WinMo devices) clients keep Exchange/ActiveSync data in a separate  
local database. I.e., data already on your device before you set up a  
EAS account is not seen by the EAS account. This makes sense, since  
EAS is really an enterprise protocol designed to sync your devices  
with an existing Exchange account.

tl;dr - If you can get an export of your contacts/calendar data from  
your device you can import it into Horde, otherwise you can't.
