[horde] Active Sync | GAL not working

Hi!

I installed a new 12.04 ubuntu server (former 8.04) and installed
horde/imp/turba ...etc with the same config files again.
I don't no what I have done, but i don't get the global address list any 
more.
The addressbook (ldap) is set in the turba global options but neither 
android
or winmobile gets the entries any more.

Can somebody give me a hint what I could have forgotten?
