[horde] Fatal error in service Weather

I upgraded pear today (standard pear) and got the weather upgrades.

Still I get "String could not be parsed as XML" on Horde portal page.

Since I nearly never use the portal page anymore I just want you to  
know the error is there.

In addition I upgrades CentOS6 to the latest and rebooted. Problem persists.
