[horde] Howto change a username and preserve data (solved)

Solved the problem of slow login horde3.

TOP used to check if there was a program causing the server to stay 
slow and realized that the courier was occupying much CPU and memory.

I removed the courier and installed Dovecot and everything worked fine.
