[horde] Send problems

To all,
      I have a user who has a problem with emails being sent twice.  
When she composes a new email and clicks send the recipient gets the  
email twice. There is nothing in the header which would indicate a cc  
or anything like that. I am sure it is just a setting checked that  
should not be but for the life of me I can't find it. Thank you for  
any help you can give me.
