[horde] trouble with horde upgrade / reinstall

thanks Samuel, it worked for removing and reinstalling horde, and I  
can login but can't configure anything. Been mucking around for a  
while now, the status says "Configuration out of date" and when I  
click that, all the tabs but General are gray.  Do I need to uninstall  
/ reinstall every horde pacakage?  I started trying to do that but  
there are many cross dependencies.
