[horde] Clean Horde4 Install: Invalid Address Book: 1

[Mark D. Montgomery II]

Ok.  How would I go about figuring out which preference/value is breaking it?
I assume this would be a system preference value (since it does it for  
both users)?
Like something I manually set in the config files?
