[horde] wicked uploads not working for large files

phpinfo() says:

file_uploads	On
upload_max_filesize	20M
max_input_time	60
memory_limit	128M
max_execution_time	0
post_max_size	20M
==
So, probably that's not it. I also can't figure out where the horde log is... :-(
