[horde] FIXED: Clean Horde4 Install: Invalid Address Book: 1

Ok I finally figured it out.

First off, I needed to (I think) set the $_prefs['default_dir'] in  
Turba to localsql to tell it to use the sql address book.

Second, I had to add
$_prefs['add_source']['hook'] = true;
to the prefs files for Imp so it would actually process the settings  
hook and set the default address book properly.

I'm not sure if the first was actually needed or not, but it's working  
now so I'm not going to mess with it more.  :P
