[horde] Horde 5: Admin button not accessible for the blind

Hi all

 

Before upgrading my system to Horde 5, I had the chance to try a Horde 5
interface.

My screen reader works well with links to reach the different applications,
but it doesn't show the config button for administrators.

Because I have some friends having Horde accounts on my server, it would be
nice if I could reach the configuration site - you never know what happens
;-)

We found out that the button or link to reach the configs is a <div>-Link,
and Screen Readers cannot manage this kind of links.

As a workaround I change the URL in the browser after login, but I hope
there will soon be a more accessible solution ;-)

Could the <div>-link be replaced by a <a>-Link?
