The way horde renders pages has been changed between Horde 4 and 5.
You cannot simply run h4 modules on h5 without adapting. There is no
more common-header, it's now done different.

Your issue with whups (git) look like a configuration thing, at least
in my installation whups (git) works for the limited purposes we have
it for.

Can't tell what is exactly misconfigured or broken without further
details.

Can you directly reach the configuration url /admin/config/ after
whups (git) is installed into horde 5 ?
