IMP::hasPermission() was not correctly declared as a static method,  
which has been fixed in IMP 6.0.2.  But that shouldn't prevent you  
from sending e-mails (this did not even register an error on my system  
so maybe your error reporting is set to a much stricter level than  
normal).
