Not that I know of; maybe the Horde developers can help on this one.

On my installation I've specified a limit of 64 MBytes, and that seems  
to be enough for anything on my server.

Have you checked that  
/home/andreas/Dokumente/Bewerben/MCITP%28rgb%29.png is readable by the  
web server? And while it doesn't seem likely, maybe the filename is  
causing trouble; you may want to try to rename it with non-special  
characters.
