[horde] turba pear package 4.0.0 - potential corrupted file?

Hello,

I have downloaded and install all but 1 package, turba 4.0.0

The link I am using is: http://pear.horde.org/get/turba-4.0.0.tgz

I am getting:

package.xmltar: A lone zero block at 158

 pear install fails as well as just trying tar -zxvf on the file.

Can you point me in the right direction to get turba?
