[horde] Address Book (turba) 4.0.0 sharing - Cannot access shared address book.

One user has an address book based on a search and grants access to another
user.
The other user can see the shared address book on the left as a shared
address book, can click the shared address book radio button (but as soon
as they move away from the field the radio button is unchecked). But cannot
list the addresses.

Any ideas please?
