[horde] Can't add Outlook meeting request to Kronolith

I can't add Outlook meeting requests to my calendar. When I click the  
submit button in the email body, IMP reports the following error:

DateTimeZone::__construct(): Unknown or bad timezone (Romance Standard Time)

How do I fix this?
