Work again with Horde_ActiveSync 2.0.11

pear uninstall horde/Horde_ActiveSync-2.0.12
pear install horde/Horde_ActiveSync-2.0.11

Something in 2.0.12 broke ActiveSync on my Android 2.3.6 device.
