[horde] problem with smbclient auth

Hello, 
I have git snapshot horde installed (H5). I am trying to authenticate using smbclient. SMB server and horde webserver are the same machine.

My conf.php for horde (auth part only) is as follows:

But I get the following error when I try to go to the horde start page. Any thoughts?
